Education is the building block of a strong community.
We support that belief by offering three different scholarship
programs.
OSU Scholarships
Cooperative members and their dependents are eligible for one
of three scholarships (two $1,000 scholarships and a $500
scholarship) for tuition to any branch of The Ohio State University
,
including campuses at Columbus, Delaware, Marion, Mansfield
and Newark. Applications are available through local high school
guidance counselor offices or by clicking this link. This scholarship
is also applicable to non-traditional students.
Touchstone Energy Special Achievements Scholarship
Did you overcome adversity, obstacles or personal challenges
on your way to excellence? Then you may be eligible to win a
Toustone Energy Achievement Scholarship. Four $1,630
schoarships will be awarded.

Youth Scholarships
Two students could win a college, vocational or technical school scholarship of $1000 from Consolidated Electric Cooperative. Cash scholarships include scholarships of $1000, $750, and $350.
Consolidated Electric’s first place winners are then entered into the Ohio Rural Electric Cooperative’s scholarship competition with cash scholarships available for $2755, $1925, $1650, $1540, $1430, $1320 and $1200. The deadline for application is March 1, 2010 and they are available through local high school guidance counselor offices or by downloading them below.
